These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by We Grow Roots, including but not limited to indoor plant maintenance, plant emergency care, repotting, and related services.

By scheduling services with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. 

Services Offered

We Grow Roots provides indoor plant care services for residential and small business clients in Bend, Oregon. All services are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to decline service requests based on location, scope, or capacity.

3. 

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

4. 

Payments & Fees

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved digital platforms (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.).
• Recurring services may be billed monthly.
• We reserve the right to update service fees at any time with prior notice.

5. 

Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate access to the service location (including gate/door codes).
• Notify us of any pets on the premises.
• Maintain proper environmental conditions (e.g., lighting, temperature).
• Avoid watering or treating plants between visits unless otherwise discussed.

6. 

Limitations of Liability

We Grow Roots will make every reasonable effort to care for your plants properly and safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Pre-existing plant health issues or infestations
• Damage due to environmental factors (e.g., extreme heat, cold, or pests)
• Plant loss resulting from insufficient client care between visits
• Pot breakage or structural issues with planters

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We only collect information necessary to provide services (e.g., name, contact details, address) and will never sell or share your data with third parties.

Photography & Media

With your permission, we may photograph plants or plant arrangements for use in our portfolio, website, or social media. No identifying client information will ever be shared.

You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
